In my mind the possible negatives are actually good things. There really isn’t a fully automated robot that works well and also is low risk, they sound like a great idea, and people buy them all the time, but they are very risky, and should be avoided; especially by newer traders.

A tight refund policy is a sign of experience. They are only interested in working with motivated people, and since they offer excellent support, they don’t want people to buy it if they aren’t actually going to put the system to use and give it a fair use.
